Cancellation policy for digital products
Dear customer,
When you make a purchase from Lookfamed Handels GmbH, you are purchasing a digital product that is made available immediately after purchase. Due to the nature of digital content, the revocation of such a purchase is excluded as soon as the download or use of the digital content has begun.
Right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the date of conclusion of the contract. To exercise the right to cancel, you must inform us (Lookfamed Handels GmbH, Wagenstieg 12, 37077 Göttingen, E-Mail: shop@mrsermerson.com) of your decision to cancel this contract by a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by e-mail).
Exclusion of the right of withdrawal
Please note that the right of withdrawal expires as soon as you have started downloading or using the digital content. By placing your order, you expressly agree that we may commence performance of the contract before the expiry of the withdrawal period and confirm that you are aware that you will lose your right of withdrawal upon commencement of performance of the contract.
